Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound collection calls and negotiate payment resolutions.
Maintain customer relationships and manage AR portfolios.
Investigate and resolve payment disputes and account discrepancies.
Monitor payment trends and identify potential collection risks.
Document communications and collection activities in the ERP system.
Coordinate with Sales to ensure AR processes follow protocol.
Provide reporting to Collections Supervisor.
Assist with year-end audits.
Support other duties as assigned by Collections Supervisor.
