Job summary

LSA in Horsham, PA, is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collection Specialist to support the revenue-to-cash process through billing, collections, cash application, and customer account administration.

You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, respond to inquiries, monitor balances, assist with invoicing, and collaborate with AR and Accounting teams to improve processes, accuracy, and cash flow.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned customer accounts and respond to invoices and balances.
• Monitor shared AR inboxes and route inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Assist daily billing activities and ensure invoice accuracy before generation.
• Prepare and upload customer invoices via portals and platforms.
• Maintain accurate customer records including remittance and contact details.
• Assist in monitoring PO expirations and billing requirements.
• Manage collection activities with outreach by phone and email.
• Review aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Research and resolve routine payment disputes and discrepancies.
• Escalate complex issues to AR Operations Specialist or Manager.
• Provide backup for cash application and research unapplied cash.
• Assist with aging reports and AR reporting as requested.
• Support internal controls with proper documentation.
• Collaborate to identify process improvements.
• Carry out other AR, billing, and administrative duties.
