Job summary

LSA is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to join our Horsham, PA team. You will support the revenue-to-cash process, handle billing, collections, and customer account administration, and serve as the main contact for assigned accounts.

The role involves collaborating with Accounts Receivable and Accounting teams to ensure billing accuracy, customer data integrity, and timely cash receipts while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor shared AR email inboxes and route requests as needed.
• Assist with daily billing and invoice generation.
• Manage collections for small- and mid-tier accounts and follow up on past-due balances.
• Prepare aging reports and assist with reconciliations.
