RJ Young Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist in Nashville to actively pursue past-due balances via phone. You will manage your own group of customer accounts, call daily, and balance payments with EFT/ACH and card transactions.

• Comfort with following established processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound collection calls daily to discuss past-due balances.
• Own an assigned group of customer accounts and monitor balances.
• Balance AR receipts with EFT/ACH and card transactions daily.
• Process account adjustments and write-offs per procedures.
• Maintain detailed notes and reports on collection activity.
• Investigate discrepancies with customers and teammates.
