Busy Season Staffing Solutions is seeking an AR & Collections Accountant to own the full receivables cycle and ensure customer accounts are accurate and well-documented. You will engage in payment application, reconciliations, and proactive collections with professional communication.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AR and collections, strong Excel skills, and experience with installment receivables, ACH/wire processing, and confidential information handling.

Formación

• 2+ years in accounts receivable and collections.
• Strong reconciliation skills and Excel proficiency.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Experience handling confidential financial information.
• Experience with installment or loan-based receivables.
• Experience with ACH and wire payment processing.
• Experience with accounting or servicing software.

Responsabilidades

• Own the accounts receivable cycle, including payment application and reconciliation.
• Manage collections on past-due accounts with proactive outreach.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues.
• Prepare AR aging reports, statements, histories, and payoff quotes.
• Process payoffs and closures with Treasury and Accounting.
• Respond to customer inquiries on balances and due dates.
• Support month-end close, audits, and documentation requests.
