Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and basic computer skills required.
• Experience making outbound collection calls and handling customer questions.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound collection calls daily to discuss past-due balances.
• Own assigned customer accounts, monitor balances and credit holds.
• Balance deposits, posting A/R receipts, EFT/ACH payments, and card transactions.
• Process account adjustments and write-offs per procedures.
• Maintain notes, payment histories, and collection activity records.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve questions with customers and teammates.
