Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to manage customer accounts and ensure timely invoice collections while maintaining accurate records. This on-site role requires the ability to communicate with customers, negotiate payment arrangements, and support cash flow objectives.

The ideal candidate has an Associates Degree or equivalent and at least two years of AR/accounting experience, with strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent required.
• At least two years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly invoices for multiple customers.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage AR accounts.
• Review AR aging and perform collection calls.
• Record communications in ERP system with detailed notes.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure AR compliance with protocols.
• Provide reporting to Collections Supervisor.
• Assist with year-end audits.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
