Job summary

Fix Network World is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Coordinator to manage day-to-day AR and collections for customers and franchisees across the network, ensuring invoices are paid timely and balances are monitored. The role emphasizes accurate invoicing, posting payments, and maintaining cash flow.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency within AR processes

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit, or related accounting.
• Experience communicating with customers about balances and payment plans.
• Knowledge of AR processes, collections procedures, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Support franchisees and customers with inquiries, billing, and payments.
• Generate and distribute invoices accurately and promptly.
• Process and post customer payments to accounts.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts via calls, email, and mail.
• Establish and monitor payment arrangements as needed.
• Document collection activities and communications.
• Escalate delinquent accounts and coordinate with management for external collections.
• Assess creditworthiness using external reporting and risk tools.
• Investigate, reconcile, and resolve billing issues and disputes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to improve collections.
• Maintain up-to-date customer account records and generate AR reports.
