Job summary

SciensBuilding Solutions is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage full-cycle AR and support cash collection targets across sales, operations, and finance. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and timely communications within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of cash collection experience, solid accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Strong organizational skills and professional communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years cash collection experience in a professional office
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with ERP accounting and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle accounts receivable, reconciling payments and month-end close discrepancies
• Interact daily with internal and external customers
• Review aging reports; prioritize past-due collections
• Process deposits via check, credit card, and EFT; record in accounting system
• Review weekly AR reports; send past-due notices, holds, and statements
• Organize emails and company files; maintain records and storage
• Provide occasional back-up for office administration and handle general inquiries
• Complete special department projects as directed
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
