Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist in Boston to manage high-volume collections, protect cash flow, and maintain accurate records. The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and attention to detail to resolve disputes and establish payment plans with wholesale and restaurant accounts.

You will work closely with Sales and Accounting, ensure compliance with processes, and contribute to audits and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of accounts receivable/collections experience, B2B distribution or large retail experience preferred.

• Conduct high-volume outbound collection calls and negotiate payment resolutions with wholesale and restaurant customers.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with wholesale customers and restaurant accounts.
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes, deduction issues and account discrepancies.
• Monitor customer payment trends and identify potential collection risks.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer communications and collection activities in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure AR activities align with protocol.
• Provide reporting to Collections Supervisor and assist with year-end audits.
