Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, contract administration, or related administrative/finance role.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
• Comfortable owning processes and working in evolving, ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding paperwork for new commercial customers (applications, credit documents, W‑9s, certificates of insurance).
• Ensure contract terms, billing requirements, and customer data are accurate and up to date.
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and assist in setting or updating credit limits.
• Maintain audit-ready contract/onboarding/remittance documentation in line with compliance standards.
• Verify bank payments and capture remittance information for AR posting.
