Aston Carter is seeking a Billing and Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage end-to-end billing and AR processes in a high-volume environment. You will engage with customers to secure timely payments, resolve billing issues, and maintain accurate financial records.

The role involves on-site collaboration in St. Louis, MO, with flexible start times and potential four 9-hour days. A contract-to-hire position offers benefits and competitive hourly pay.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage email cadence and phone outreach professionally.
• Strong analytical skills to prepare and present financial reports.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.

Mansioni

• Contact customers via phone and email to secure timely payments and maintain relationships.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure accurate invoices.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to reduce past-due balances and keep accounts current.
• Identify and resolve cash application errors to ensure correct payments.
• Investigate and address chargeback deductions and implement corrective actions.
• Issue and distribute invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process new contracts and sales ensuring proper billing setup and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and contract terms alignment.
• Address customer billing questions and provide clear resolutions.
• Monitor accounts receivable and related transactions; maintain records.
• Assist with customer account reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.
