Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Jr AR Collections Analyst to join the shared services team in the United States. You will handle daily collection calls, conduct account research, and maintain aging and dispute records while ensuring accurate A/R reconciliation.

Qualifications include a college degree in business or accounting, 3+ years of administrative support, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook. Strong customer service and multitasking abilities are essential.

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Jr AR Collections Analystto join our shared services team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Make50+daily collection calls
• Conduct account research and analysis
• Prepare andmaintainvarious reports
• Maintainaccurateaging reports
• Identifyand execute the necessary process adjustments
• Send statements/remindersto outstanding customers
• Reconcile A/R against customer payables
• Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
• Maintain dispute management process on related items
• Comply withthePavionCollections Handbook

Basic Qualifications:

• College Degree– preferred in Business Administration, Accounting, or Commerce
• Preferred Candidatewill have experience supporting US English speaking customers
• 3+ years of hands-on administrative support experience
• Proficiencyin MS Word, MSExceland MS Outlook; must have strong computer skills
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
• Demonstratesa high levelof customer service ability
• Has the ability to work independently
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment
• Strong senseof urgency and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm or 7:30am to4:30pmET USA

The hourly range for this position is $18.00-25.00. The starting hourly rate will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
