Job summary

Pavion Corp in Farmers Branch, Texas, seeks a Jr AR Collections Analyst to join our shared services team. The role entails heavy outbound calling, account research, and maintaining aging reports to support cash flow and collections objectives.

The successful candidate will have a college degree (preferred in business/accounting), 3+ years of administrative support, and strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills, with a focus on customer service, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• College Degree - preferred in Business Administration, Accounting, or Commerce.
• Experience supporting US English speaking customers.
• 3+ years of hands-on administrative support experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook; must have strong computer skills.
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service ability.
• Attention to detail.
• Has the ability to work independently.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.

• Make 50+ daily collection calls
• Conduct account research and analysis
• Prepare and maintain various reports
• Maintain accurate aging reports
• Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
• Send statements/reminders to outstanding customers
• Reconcile A/R against customer payables
• Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues

Basic Qualifications

• College Degree - preferred in Business Administration, Accounting, or Commerce
• Preferred Candidate will have experience supporting US English speaking customers
• 3+ years of hands‑on administrative support experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook; must have strong computer skills
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service ability
• Attention to detail
• Has the ability to work independently
• Must have the ability to multi‑task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment
• Strong sense of urgency and problem‑solving skills
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm or 7:30 am to 4:30 pm ET USA

The hourly range for this position is $18.00-25.00. The starting hourly rate will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
