Flex Technology Group in East Mesa, AZ is seeking a Contract Billing & Receivables Specialist to ensure accurate ACH payment application and resolve billing discrepancies across leasing and customer accounts. The role requires keen attention to detail and strong collaboration with Billing, Leasing, and Accounts Receivable teams.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with a pay range of $21–$24 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience in Contract Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Cash Applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel—and familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily application of ACH payments to customer invoices and leasing accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support team members in resolving payment discrepancies and escalating complex issues as needed.
• Monitor auto-posting functionality from leasing companies and report system errors for resolution.
• Research and document payment discrepancies between contract invoices and bank transactions; track unapplied payments for follow-up.
• Create corrective invoices, credit memos, and adjustments for leasing freight, interim rent, and other pass-through charges.
• Collaborate with Contract Billing, Leasing, and Accounts Receivable teams to gather documentation and ensure proper payment allocation.
• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures to support transparency and consistency.
• Support preparation of Lease AR aging and termination reports for account monitoring.
