Responsibilities

• Billing Execution & Oversight: ensure invoices are generated accurately and on time.
• AR & Collections Support: drive collections workflows, track aging.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: support monthly reconciliations across systems.
• Process & Workflow Development: create clear SOPs and checklists.
• Operating Cadence & Metrics: implement daily/weekly reporting cadence.
• Team Coordination: provide structure, track tasks, and drive accountability.
