Lifepoint Health is seeking a Manager, Accounts Receivable to lead billing and AR operations across the behavioral health facilities. You will oversee staff, optimize reimbursement, and ensure timely posting and follow-up with payers while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

In this role you will partner with Utilization Review and facility business offices to align AR strategy with operational goals, drive performance metrics, and support month-end close processes across multiple

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 4 years of medical billing/accounts receivable management experience.
• 1 year of experience in behavioral healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee AR operations across multiple facilities and payer types.
• Monitor AR performance, productivity metrics, and workflow efficiency.
• Provide guidance to AR staff and address payer response issues.
• Administer payer portals and ensure secure staff access.
