Responsibilities

• Ensure invoices are generated accurately and on time.
• Implement daily and monthly billing checklists.
• Drive collections workflows and track aging/past-due accounts.
• Build and document workflows and SOPs for billing/AR.
• Track metrics: AR aging, billing timeliness, collections activity.
