You will serve as the main invoicing contact, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client terms and company policies. The role requires reviewing contracts, processing adjustments, and maintaining detailed owner records.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing or invoicing.
• Ability to interpret contracts and apply program rules.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FAA, IRS, SOX).
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with Owners.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze data to determine accurate invoice charges.
• Review contracts to ensure compliance with program rules and company policies.
• Apply and approve adjustments based on revenue policy and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and distribute invoices aligned with contractual terms, billing cycles, and regulatory requirements (FAA, IRS, SOX).
• Maintain accurate and current customer records and ensure all Owner-specific preferences are reflected.
• Serve as the primary contact for invoicing inquiries, responding to questions regarding contracts, contract hours, fee calculations, and account changes.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and provide Owners with guidance and cost-saving recommendations.
• Prepare custom reports and validate data, create tailored Owner account reports, validate utilization and rate data, identify trends, and elevate anomalies.
• Ensure documentation aligns with contractual obligations and maintain invoice archives.
