AmeriGas is seeking an AR Analyst – Centralized Billing in a hybrid King of Prussia, PA role. You will analyze centrally billed National Account and ACE customers, ensure proper and timely billing, and identify reconciling items for resolution.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of related experience with strong Excel and accounting fundamentals. SAP knowledge a plus; understanding of GL processes is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to analyze accounts receivable and reconciliations.

Aufgaben

• Understand the billing and setup of each account to ensure proper and timely billing and collection.
• Manage accounts receivable for assigned accounts through analysis, calls and research.
• Reconcile accounts, research unapplied cash, short pays, charge-backs and collect balances.
• Identify reconciliation items and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify trends and report findings to management and staff.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and assist in month/year end closing.
• Recommend improvements for GL reconciliation and billing processes.
• Build relationships with key customer contacts.
