Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Understand billing/setup for each account to ensure proper, timely billing and payment collection.
• Manage A/R for assigned accounts via analysis, calls, and research.
• Reconcile accounts; research unapplied cash, short pays, charge-backs; prepare delinquent analyses.
• Identify reconciliation items and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify trends; report findings to management; communicate issues to field and staff.
• Prepare monthly journal entries; assist month/year end closing.
• Recommend improvements for GL reconciliation and billing procedures.
• Build strong relationships with main customer contacts.
