Job summary

PharMethod, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant in Langhorne, PA to manage invoicing, AR, and revenue reporting. This full-time, on-site to hybrid role emphasizes accurate billing, timely collections, and close collaboration with sales and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting with AR experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems like QuickBooks, SAP, Sage or NetSuite. The position offers a hybrid work environment and GAAP adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• Five or more years of accounting and accounts receivable experience, including 2+ years in a senior role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks, Sage, SAP or NetSuite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to prioritize deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue invoices based on sales orders and contracts.
• Verify billing data for accuracy before processing invoices.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance to resolve billing disputes.
• Maintain invoicing records in accounting/ERP systems.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices via email and portals.
• Monitor AR aging and assist in collections.
• Record daily cash receipts and banking activity.
• Process and reconcile customer payments and accounts.
• Address customer invoice and payment inquiries promptly.
• Maintain GL accounts and customer prepaid balances.
• Forecast cash flows and support revenue reporting.
• Assist month-end closing activities.
• Prepare billing reports for management.
• Manage AR workflow and SOPs; provide cross-functional support.
• Support AP, Treasury, and GL activities when needed.
