Job summary

TRACTIAN is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst - AR to own the order-to-cash engine from invoicing through cash application. You will design, instrument, and automate processes across NetSuite, HubSpot/CPQ, and Upflow, while personally handling high-impact accounts.

Your work will directly affect DSO, aging, and free cash flow. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, CS, and Operations to drive process improvements, ensure accurate billing for combined hardware and software offerings, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or order-to-cash finance with scaling experience.
• Demonstrated AR process design with measurable improvements (DSO, aging, bad debt).
• Deep NetSuite experience; familiarity with CRM/CPQ and AR automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the order-to-cash architecture from contract to cash across NetSuite, HubSpot/CPQ, and Upflow.
• Ensure billing integrity for hardware + software models with accurate quantities, pricing, terms, and term length.
• Design and implement segmented collections cadences; automate low-touch handling for long tail accounts and targeted for strategic accounts.
• Establish credit review at sale, set exposure limits, flag at-risk accounts, and own bad debt reserve methodology.
• Partner with Sales/CS/Operations to resolve disputes and shorten resolution cycles; drive upstream improvements.
• Own AR tech stack roadmap; scope and measure automation to prevent headcount scaling with revenue.
• Build AR dashboards for CFO/executives; support month-end close and audit requests.
• Write playbooks and train Sales/CS on billing hygiene to create durable processes.
