Job summary

Genserve seeks an Accounts Receivable/Order-to-Cash Analyst in Tampa, Florida. The role combines invoicing, customer accounts-payable coordination, and collections across multiple ERP platforms including Sage, NetSuite, and QuickBooks.

You will partner with sales, service, and branch teams nationwide to close gaps delaying billing and cash collection. The position requires 3–5 years of AR/billing experience, ERP proficiency, and strong communication skills in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years AR, billing, or collections in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience with at least one major ERP (Sage, NetSuite, or similar) and Excel.
• Experience with customer AP portals and managing invoice submissions and disputes.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple locations.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to prioritize with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Generate timely, accurate customer invoices across multiple business units and billing types (service, equipment, projects).
• Validate invoices against contracts, POs, quotes, and other docs before release.
• Process billing in Sage, NetSuite, and QuickBooks; ensure proper mappings.
• Maintain AR records and aging; reconcile sub-ledger activity to GL.
• Own collections for assigned portfolio: follow-up on past-due balances; negotiate payment plans.
