Vaco in Milford, OH is looking for an AR/AP Specialist to manage daily accounts receivable and payable activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support month-end and year-end closing processes on-site Monday–Friday.

You will process customer payments, review and code vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, and help with aging reports, audits, and financial reporting while ensuring adherence to accounting policies and driving process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Process customer payments, monitor outstanding invoices, and assist with collections.
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices and payments.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with AR/AP aging reports.
• Support financial reporting, audits, and month-end/year-end close.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and identify process improvements.
