Vaco by Highspring is hiring an AR/AP Clerk in the Clearwater area to join its accounting team and support multiple locations. The role offers growth potential and exposure to a variety of accounting functions beyond traditional AP/AR.

You will work closely with accounting leadership in a fast-paced environment, performing reconciliations, handling inquiries, and contributing to process improvements as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in AP/AR and account reconciliations.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator with internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on billing and payment inquiries.
• Assist with month-end accounting activities.
• Support accounting operations across multiple locations.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies.
