Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking an Accounting Clerk to own day-to-day Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, keep records clean, and support the month-end close. You will use Excel/Google Sheets, our accounting software, and digital workflow tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Accounting/Business or related experience required.
• 2+ years in AP/AR, high-volume preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer payments and maintain billing records.
• Prepare and send project invoices; track deposits and progress payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and assist with collections.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper approvals.
• Prepare payment batches for Controller review.
• Maintain vendor files and reconcile statements.
• Monitor project-related expenses and document management.
• Process payments to service providers and suppliers.
• Assist with filing and organizing financial documentation.
• Support month-end close processes and reporting.
• Maintain organized records for project expenses.
