Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and post daily lockbox and wire remittance deposits to customer accounts and invoices.
• Reconcile batches and perform month-end close of the AR Cash Book.
• Interface with banks to resolve batch or returned ACH/check issues.
• Escalate unresolved AR issues and track to final resolution.
• Process daily check payment files from Accounts Payable.
• Process daily positive pay files to the bank and manage setup and monitoring.
• Assist the Wire desk with approval of wires.
• Assist with audits and special projects as needed.
• Review and process various AP transactions including vendor invoices and check requests.
• Code invoices and expense reports with correct codes.
• Prepare batch check runs and ACH transactions.
• Prepare and review month-end closing reports for AP.
