Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of A/R experience.
• A/P experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process and post daily lockbox and wire remittance deposits to customer accounts and invoices.
• Month end close for A/R Cash Book module and reconcile batches.
• Handle bank interfacing and resolve ACH/check issues.
• Assist with audit requests and special projects as needed.
• Process vendor invoices, check requests, and manual payments for A/P.
