Job summary

Genesee Scientific Corporation in Westland, MI is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable & Inventory Coordinator to manage AR/AP activities and inventory data in our ERP. The role ensures timely invoicing, accurate vendor records, and clean data across master data and reconciliations.

You will support daily financial operations, collaborate with the VP of Operations and Controller, and help enhance processes for accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced life sciences supply environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP Software; NetSuite a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Team collaboration with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up new vendors in the ERP with required documentation.
• Maintain and update vendor records for data quality and accuracy.
• Create and manage material/item master data in the ERP system.
• Perform regular AR/AP processing, invoicing, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
