Qualifikationen

• Experience processing AR/AP invoices and billing.
• Familiarity with month-end close and variance reports.
• Strong data entry, record keeping, and audit preparation skills.

Aufgaben

• Review trackers to process entries into SAP.
• Prepare AR/AP upload file for posting in SAP.
• Ensure all charges are billed correctly including A/R, A/P, Detention, Demurrage, and other charges.
• Post manual AR/AP data entry into SAP.
• Maintain monthly billing summaries and records.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and month-end reports.
• Audit data entry for rates, GL codes, and freight codes.
• Generate manual AR invoices to send to HT.
• Manage vendor/customer code files.
• Create reports for month-end (LTL, BX, Ocean, ST, WH).
