Job summary

GLOVIS America, Inc. is seeking a Temp Senior Analyst MQ Outbound in the San Diego area to coordinate carrier deliveries, assign routes within budget, and monitor production, inspection, ETA, and delivery through to close-out. You will lead carrier performance improvements and share best practices with the team.

The role will require communication with customers, support for yard management system integration, and collaboration on transportation projects and dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking ability required.
• Detail oriented required.
• Experience with MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with carriers to ensure delivery is instructed accurately and the trailers are delivered within procedures and dates.
• Validate PODs and track delivery with carriers until POD is signed.
• Process damages and coordinate repairs with repair shops and tracking progress.
