GLOVIS America Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst - Administration Billings AR/AP to manage incoming carrier invoices, verify with supporting docs, and prepare data for SAP postings.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, billing accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Based in San Diego, CA, the ideal candidate will contribute to process improvements, vendor onboarding, and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting, AR/AP, invoicing, logistics, or SCM experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and accounting software skills.
• Experience with SAP and LOTS systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily activities in LOTS BM module and ensure timely invoice submission.
• Review AP settlements and carrier invoices for accuracy and approvals.
• Assist in onboarding new vendors and share billing procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve rate discrepancies and ensure postings.
• Provide weekly aging and invoice status reporting.
• Prepare weekly AP payment files for accounting and treasury.
• Oversee AR/AP activities, monthly summaries, and invoicing.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and accruals.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and billing policies.
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
