Job summary

GLOVIS America, Inc. in Duluth, GA is seeking a detail-oriented temporary team member to support the Business Development & Asset Management Team with invoice verification, AR/AP processing, asset tracking, and month-end activities.

Responsibilities include verifying invoices, entering data into SAP, maintaining asset records, coordinating DOT inspections, and providing operational support across billing, transactions, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking ability
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and fleet maintenance (preferred)
• Knowledge of budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX tracking and financial reporting (preferred)
• Ability to analyze asset utilization, maintenance activity, and cost trends
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments and vendors (preferred)
• Experience with GPS-based asset tracking and fleet monitoring (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Verify vendor and carrier invoices against supporting documents and correct discrepancies
• Enter transactions into SAP and other operational systems; process invoices and billing adjustments
• Maintain accurate AR/AP records and asset records; support month-end closing
• Coordinate DOT inspections and asset maintenance with vendors and facilities
• Prepare periodic asset status, inspection, and repair reports
• Provide administrative and reporting support to the BD & Asset Team
