Job summary

GLOVIS America Inc. is a logistics leader with operations across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The MQ Analyst Administration role focuses on processing AR/AP invoices for Freight Forwarding, data entry, record keeping, and supporting month-end close and audit activities.

Candidates should have 0–2 years in accounting, billing, logistics, or SCM. This position is located in the Irvine, CA area with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with AR/AP processes and invoicing is desirable.
• Familiarity with month-end close and audits.

Responsibilities

• Review trackers from Specialists to process into SAP.
• Prepare AR/AP upload file for posting in SAP.
• Ensure charges are billed correctly (AR, AP, Detention, Demurrage, etc.).
• Post manual AR/AP data into SAP systems.
• Maintain records for AR/AP entries and update billing summaries.
• Prepare and audit data entry for month-end close.
