Job summary

Mueller Distributors, a long-standing family business in the Cincinnati area, seeks an Accounts Receivable/Payable Administrator to manage financial records, deposits, and related clerical tasks. This full-time role supports executive staff and requires attention to accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include report prep, database management, and AP/AR duties, with emphasis on professional communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3 years related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires knowledge of SX Enterprise software applications or similar and MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Must speak and read English.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits and promotes a competent and professional atmosphere and demeanor within the executive offices and across the company in representation of the executive staff.
• Assists in preparation of reports, creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files, as directed.
• Deposits cash/checks daily, including ROA and Lockbox deposits.
• Posts all deposits and handles related entries.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable collections.
• Maintain Accounts Payable files and other AP duties.
• Keeps all company information confidential and secure.
• Participates in training to develop skills and knowledge.
