Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services.
• Post customer payments and record transactions in the accounting system.
• Manage accounts receivable and perform timely billing and collections.
• Process vendor bills and respond to payment inquiries.
• Maintain vendor and customer files; support overall accounting tasks.
