Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business OR 5+ years AR/AP experience.
• Strong reconciliation skills and working knowledge of GAAP.
• ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Post and apply customer payments, resolve unapplied cash, and reconcile AR aging.
• Follow up with customers on past-due balances.
• Process and code vendor invoices, match to PO, and run weekly payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer, vendor and general ledger reconciliations, and support month-end close and audits.
• Help document and improve accounting processes and controls.
