Qualifications

• Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently; generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Review and verify invoices for completeness, accuracy, and proper authorization.
• Manage customer payments and collections; record and apply payments including checks, ACH, and card transactions.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging; follow up on overdue accounts.
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Maintain AR records; reconcile AR ledger and postings.
• Prepare adjustments, credits, and refunds as needed.
• Assist in month-end AR closing, accruals and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance AR efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing and collection procedures.

Responsibilities
