The ideal candidate will accurately process invoices, apply payments, reconcile AR, and contribute to process improvements while collaborating across departments to ensure timely billing and accurate financial reporting.

Aufgaben

• Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Review and verify invoices for completeness, accuracy, and proper authorization.
• Record and apply customer payments, including checks, EFTs, and card transactions.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Reconcile AR ledger and post adjustments, credits, and refunds.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to AR.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
