Job summary

Shutterstock seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to support B2B collections, customer portal and dispute management, and finance operations for non-standard agreements. This role manages an assigned portfolio of customer receivables while supporting the financial administration of complex agreements, including customer setup and manual billing.

The AR Analyst will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Billing Operations, and General Accounting to resolve collection and billing

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, B2B collections, billing, or finance operations.
• Strong knowledge of the order-to-cash process, including disputes and purchase orders.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Tesorio preferred.
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret customer agreements into billing schedules and financial calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of B2B accounts to drive cash collections and resolve past-due balances.
• Research and resolve invoice disputes, account discrepancies, and issues delaying payment.
• Maintain accurate collection notes, follow-up activities, and account documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Billing, and Finance to resolve outstanding receivables and escalated issues.
• Support AR reporting and analysis, including aging, delinquency trends, DSO, and KPIs.
• Coordinate invoice submissions and portal/dispute management with Sales, Customer Success, Billing, and Procurement.
• Manage financial operations for non-standard and complex customer agreements and billing schedules.
