Job summary

Shutterstock, Inc. seeks an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support B2B collections, customer portals, and dispute management for non-standard agreements. You will manage a portfolio of receivables, coordinate with Sales, Success, and Billing Operations, and ensure timely financial processing.

This is a six-month fixed-term assignment with potential for process improvements. The role emphasizes cash collection, accurate billing, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, B2B Collections, Billing, Finance Operations, or related field.
• Working knowledge of the order-to-cash process including billing, collections, disputes, and POs.
• Experience with customer procurement portals is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Tesorio.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret customer agreements and translate terms into billing schedules and calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with ERP, billing, AR, or financial reporting systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).
• Strong organizational skills for recurring monthly processes.

Responsibilities

• B2B Collections & AR: Manage an assigned portfolio, drive cash collections, resolve past-due balances, and document follow-ups.
• Portal & Dispute: Manage invoice submissions, portal rejections, and PO/billing requirements; coordinate corrections.
• Non-Standard Agreements & Finance Ops: Manage setups, schedules, manual billing, usage reporting, and reconciliations.
• Reporting, Controls & Compliance: Prepare AR metrics, support month/quarter/year-end activities, and SOX controls.
