Gear Up Sports seeks an accounts receivable specialist to manage AR accounts, reconcile ledgers, and become an advanced user of our ERP and order entry systems. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to resolve invoice issues and ensure timely collections.

The ideal candidate has a degree and 3+ years of AR or accounting experience, strong Excel skills and clear written and verbal communication.

Competenze

• 3 years of AR or accounting experience in a dynamic company.
• Thorough understanding of journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations.
• Experience with multiple systems and system integrations.

Mansioni

• Manage AR for complex accounts and oversee collections.
• Assist with month-end closing and GL reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Process payments, credits, and refunds.
• Maintain customer master files.
