Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach in California. You will work with the Head Swim Team Coach to run group workouts, help register new participants, and maintain the aquatic facilities while supporting a fast-paced team environment.

The role is hourly with starting wages at $17.50 and up to $20.50 based on experience. Requires a HS diploma, swim coaching experience, ASCA/USA Swimming membership, and Lifeguard certification with Lifeguard training within 60 days of

Qualifications

• 1 year swim coaching experience required.
• ASCA/USA Swimming membership preferred.
• Lifeguard certification and Life Time Swim Instructor Certification are required within specified timelines.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Offers competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
• Runs daily practices under the direction of the head coach.
• Promotes all Life Time products, services and programs.
