Estes Valley Recreation and Park District is seeking an Aquatics Coordinator to supervise lifeguards, teach swim lessons, and manage aquatics programs across EVCC facilities. This role requires oversight of water chemistry, safety, scheduling, and public events.

The position involves on-site supervision, staff coordination, and active engagement with patrons to ensure a safe, enjoyable aquatics experience. Strong planning, customer service, and leadership skills are essential.

Competenze

• HS diploma or GED and aquatic facility supervisory experience.
• Experience with lifeguarding, swim lessons, and aquatics programming.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, pool operations, and safety codes.

Mansioni

• Coordinate, plan, teach, and implement public swim lessons and aquatic classes.
• Serve as head lifeguard as needed and supervise aquatics staff.
• Schedule programs, rentals, and staff, and manage registrations.
• Maintain water chemistry records and conduct routine facility inspections.
• Provide customer service, respond to questions, and support safety culture.
