Job summary

Englewood Rec Center in Englewood, CO is seeking an Aquatic Supervisor to connect people with recreational opportunities, develop and administer programs, and supervise lifeguards, headguards, PICs, swim instructors, and water fitness staff, including Pirates Cove Waterpark during summer.

You will manage budgets, assist with marketing, train staff, ensure safety, and maintain certification requirements while coordinating with the Aquatics Manager and cross-department teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined with aquatics/public recreation experience.
• Experience with budget management and program development preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service abilities for staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Participates in program planning and manages revenue and expenses.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates Englewood Aquatics staff.
• Develops marketing strategies to increase participation.
• Oversees facility budgets and fiscal accountability.
