Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Aquatics or administrative roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, participants, and families.
• Available on weekends and evenings as needed.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification, or certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to members and families.
• Manage swim lesson and aquatic program registrations; process rosters and waitlists.
• Maintain staff records including certifications, training logs, and timekeeping.
• Coordinate staff schedules; track shift coverage and attendance.
• Prepare internal communications and participant notifications.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, attendance, pool schedules, and usage.
• Order and track inventory of supplies and equipment; process purchase requests.
