Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–4 years of related experience, and completion of YMCA certifications or equivalent within six months of hire. Flexibility for scheduling and evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–4 years related aquatics experience preferred.
• Minimum age 21.
• CPR/First Aid/AED and other certifications must be completed within specified timelines.
