Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or 2-3 years related experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience supervising staff or volunteers.
• Certifications in lifeguarding, CPR/First Aid, and related safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises aquatics program activities.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and develops staff and volunteers.
• Ensures pool operations meet health, safety, and regulatory standards.
