Six Flags St. Louis is seeking an Aquatics Department Supervisor to oversee daily operations, uphold safety, service, and cleanliness standards, and lead a team of lifeguards and staff.

You will coordinate leadership schedules, trainings, and department initiatives, monitor operating expenses, review incident reports, and act as Duty Manager when needed—ensuring guest safety and high-quality guest experiences throughout the season.

Qualifikationen

• Lifeguard Instructor license is required and must be maintained.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outdoor work in varied weather conditions.
• Prior aquatics facility experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate Leadership schedules, In-service trainings, and department trainings.
• Internal auditing of programs and procedures.
• Assist with Guest concerns and questions.
• Monitor operating expense budgets.
• Coordinate employee relations activities.
• Review incident reports.
• Serve as the Aquatics Duty Manager in the absence of the Aquatics Full-Time Supervisor, ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained.
• Provide an environment that motivates and encourages staff retention.
• Other duties as deemed necessary by Full-Time Management.
